Maestro: Building a Production Agent Orchestration Harness for Novo Lishon

A field report from a production deployment. Over the last quarter we built and shipped Maestro — an agent orchestration harness running against a live language-learning platform with tens of thousands of users. It supervises seven specialist agent fleets, runs continuously, and is the only piece of infrastructure on the system that we let touch production data autonomously.
